There are SO MANY reasons that will prohibit you from having a service.
Here are just a few:
Sunburns, rashes, blisters, open sores, lesions, active acne, feeling ill, herpes zoster, viruses, colds, flu, fever, bacterial infections, impetigo, boils, cystic acne grade 4, lumps or swelling, acne rosacea, conjunctivitis, styes, fungal infections like ringworm, blepharitis, sensitivity or allergy to products, eczema, psoriasis, bruising, recent facial surgeries, broken bones; including the nose, bleeding, abscess, facial cancer, head lice, recently consumed alcohol, under the influence of drugs, recent head or neck injury, contagious disease, recent hemorrhage or scarring.
- If you have been on Isotretinoin or Accutane, you must wait 6-12 months after being off medication to receive a treatment.
- If you have had a recent facial, you must wait one week to receive another treatment.
- If you had a recent facial with dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, you must wait 4-6 weeks before receiving another skin treatment.
- If you've had a recent laser treatment, Botox, Dysport, Restalyn or any other injectables, you must wait two weeks before your next treatment.
- If you have been recently microbladed, you must wait 4 weeks to receive a treatment.
- If you have recently has eyelash extensions, you must wait 3 days before receiving a treatment.
- If you've been recently waxed, you must wait 2 days before receiving treatment.
- If you are on any prescription medication for the skin, such as Adapalene, Epiduo Forte, Differin, Clindamycin, Tretinoin, Retin-A, (or any form of Retinol, including Retinoids, Retinaldehyde or Renova), or Hydroquinone: these medications must be stopped for a 72 hour minimum before a basic skin treatment can be initiated.
- If you are on any of the above-listed medications and are wanting to schedule a facial with dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, you must stop the medication for ONE WEEK before desired scheduled service.
