New Clients

We welcome the opportunity to meet and engage with all new clients!  To ensure your safety and an enjoyable experience, be sure to arrive on time. Be sure to book the New Client Consultation to add an additional 15 minutes to the appointment so you'll have enough time to properly complete all necessary documents.

Late Arrivals

Running late? We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes.  Late arrivals will receive full service only if time allots. Full appointment pricing applies. No discount given to accommodate shortened service due to late arrivals.  Client has option to reschedule without penalty upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy


We understand things come up in life.  Your schedule is important to us.  Please respect our time by confirming your appointments.   Appointments reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance.  If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please contact us by phone or text at  480-447-6244 or email contact@desertsolutionsskintherapy.com 

Cancelled appointments less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will assess a fee of $25.   Clients who no-show without cancelling will assess a fee of $50.  All fees must be paid in full before scheduling additional services. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no cancellation fees.  

We love ALL our clients! We just want you to show up! If you truly must reschedule, please do so before the 24-hour deadline. Prepaid package deals booked will be charged at full price value for all applicable cancellation or no-show fees. 


We love when you're happy with our service!  Receive your first treatment and send us a friend and you'll each receive $15 off your NEXT skin treatment service valued at $50 or more!  Not valid with any other other offer. Refer as many as you like and save every visit!


We know that you may be super excited to book that chemical peel or mircodermabrasion treatment, but please be aware that there may be contraindications that may prohibit the service from being performed.  Your professional skin therapist will analyze your skin and determine the treatment plan best for your specific concerns and condition.


We love children at Desert Solutions Skin Therapy! However, due to safety regulations and concerns, it is best you leave your little ones with friends or family. Older children (13+) may have a seat in the waiting area of Signature Salon Studios.

Our Policies



We do our best to maintain the highest quality of standards for our guests and strive to give the best value for every dollar spent. However, in unforseen circumstances, we do reserve the right to change pricing without notice.


We love our Dermalogica products and our  Skin Script fruit enzymes. Unfortunately, we may occasionally run out of stock on our supply of wonderful supplies for our treatments.  Every consideration will be made to accommodate a reasonable substitution.


At Desert Solutions Skin Therapy, we respect your time and your patronage.  It is our policy not to refund any service performed.

Should you develop a reaction to an ingredient used, please contact us immediately to determine a plan of action.  Package deals must be used within 1 year of purchase.  Refunds will not be issued for unused treatments.
